In-Room Courtesy Phone Service

This service is for students living in:
Baits, Barbour, Bursley, Cook, Couzens, East Quad, Fletcher, Lloyd, Markley, Mosher-Jordan, Newberry, Oxford, South Quad, Stockwell, West Quad

In-Room Courtesy Phone Service includes:

In-room telephone line and number

for calling campus numbers and emergency services (see Campus Numbers)
for receiving calls from any location (campus, local, or long distance)

Telephone set (except for Mosher-Jordan and Stockwell; see Bringing Your Own Telephone Set)
Repair Service
Opt-In U-M Voice Mail at $3.90 per month
Opt-In General Phone Service at $10.90 per month

General Phone Service

This service is for students living in Northwood Community Apartments, Lawyers Club and residence staff living in any University Housing location

General Phone Service includes:

In-room/apartment telephone line and number

unlimited campus and local calls
long distance calls with authorization code or calling card
UMphone Student Services online telephone usage statement

Telephone set (except for Mosher-Jordan, Stockwell, Northwood I, II, IV, V; see Bringing Your Own Telephone Set)
Caller ID
Call Waiting
U-M Voice Mail (except for student residence staff and Lawyers Club; see Opt-In U-M Voice Mail)
