Line Installation/Activation Rates
Installing and/or activating up to ten voice/data/video lines is a routine order. Use the Online Service Center (OSC) for placing routine orders.
When ordering, bundle as many of these types of jobs into one order as you can; that way, there is only one Service Order Charge—and there may be less overall travel and set-up time required.
If no existing communications outlet exists or if rewiring is required, then new outlet or rewiring outlet rates apply. Also, monthly line usage charges are in addition to telephone and video installation charges.

| Change a Phone Set to change the type of physical phone used on a particular line—for example, to change from a basic to an electronic phone set. Changing a phone set does not change the phone number. |
